Join us for our weekly Zoom meeting where we find out what is going on in the community, exchange resources, make friends, and relate to other going though similar challenges of paralysis. Everyone is welcome, newly paralyzed to older injuries, higher spine injuries to low. Friends, family and caregivers are also welcome. We try and find solutions to empower each other to lead a better quality of life.
